I am a native of Orange County born and raised on farms in rural Tustin and\nOrange I attended public schools in Tustin and Orange graduating from\nTustin High School Having my education interrupted during the Viet\nNam War I graduated from Pepperdine University with a degree in Math and\ngraduate work in Business and immediately embarked on a 30 year career\npath with several Medical and Biotech companies specializing in the\ndevelopment marketing and sales of products used in R&D by other companies\nand research institutions This career included positions in sales sales\nmanagement marketing sales training business acquisitions and business\ndevelopment Working in this market helped me hone my\n\\"relationship selling\\" skills skills that have served me\nwell in the Real Estate industry \nIn 2003 I decided to leave the corporate world and joined\nthe First Team office in Diamond Bar as a Realtor® becoming a Broker in 2016 For about 4 years I specialized in the sale of business opportunities and sold over 60 during that period The economic downturn forced me to change my specialty back to residential Currently I handle all three markets residential commercial and business\nopportunities in and around Southern California I also manage several commercial and residential rental properties
