Bill is not only a successful agent but also a prominent voice in the real estate community. Originally from Texas, Bill spent much of his childhood in Panama, where his father served as a Colonel in the U.S. Army. This background instilled in him a strong adaptability to change. After completing his college education, he moved to El Paso, Texas, where he met his wife, Cindy. In 1990, they relocated to Malibu, where they raised their two sons. The family shares a passion for outdoor activities, including boating, kayaking, surfing, scuba diving, rock climbing, and hiking.
