In the exclusive Big Rock neighborhood, which comprises just 212 homes, Bill has completed over 175 transactions—a record that remains unparalleled by any other agent in the area. For over 20 years, he has held the distinction of being the top agent for land-side homes sold in Eastern Malibu.

Bill is not only a successful agent but also a prominent voice in the real estate community. He has been a featured speaker at numerous industry meetings and conferences for the past 30 years, sharing his expertise on various topics, including market trends, buying and selling strategies, and effective internet marketing. For the last 16 years, he has represented Malibu at a monthly real estate meeting attended by some of the top agents from the Westside of Los Angeles and was recently elected president of this organization. Additionally, he has served as president of the Malibu Road Association for over 18 years and is an active member of the Malibu stakeholders committee, contributing to the development of the new sewer system in Malibu.

Originally from Texas, Bill spent much of his childhood in Panama, where his father served as a Colonel in the U.S. Army. This background instilled in him a strong adaptability to change. After completing his college education, he moved to El Paso, Texas, where he met his wife, Cindy. In 1990, they relocated to Malibu, where they raised their two sons. The family shares a passion for outdoor activities, including boating, kayaking, surfing, scuba diving, rock climbing, and hiking.
