Bill is a valued member of the Century 21 Miller Elite team, bringing a wealth of experience from his previous career at Michelin Tire. Originally from Ohio, he pursued higher education at Ohio Wesleyan University before earning an MBA from the University of Akron. In addition to his academic achievements, Bill was an accomplished athlete, competing in football and wrestling at the collegiate level.

Throughout his professional journey, Bill held executive roles in manufacturing management at three different Fortune 100 companies. His career necessitated numerous relocations, allowing him and his family to experience life in Indiana, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, and Florida. This extensive background in buying and selling homes—having completed ten transactions—has made his transition into real estate a natural progression.

Having settled in Fernandina Beach for the past decade, Bill retired in September 2021 after serving as the Plant Manager at a Michelin commercial truck tire facility in Jacksonville. He and his wife, Pam, reside in the North Hampton community and are proud parents of three grown children, with their son living in Juno Beach and two daughters in Charlotte, NC. In his leisure time, Bill enjoys golfing, traveling, spending time with friends, savoring fine bourbon, and engaging in various physical and social activities.
