Ricky, a native of Tallahassee, Florida, has deep roots in his community. After completing his education at Lincoln High School, he pursued his passion for baseball at Alabama Southern Community College and Thomas University, ultimately earning a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. His athletic career took him to the professional baseball leagues in the Dominican Republic and Texas.

However, Ricky's connection to Tallahassee proved too strong to resist, leading him back to his hometown where he embarked on a career in Florida state government. His experience includes working with the Governor, the Florida Legislature, various state agencies, and a long-standing family-owned business, B&T Small Engines. This diverse background ultimately inspired him to follow his true passion: real estate.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Ricky enjoys hunting, fishing, and supporting the Florida State Seminoles. He also takes pride in renovating his home in the Buck Lake area alongside his girlfriend, Brittney, tackling projects of all sizes with enthusiasm.
