About William Reynolds

Billy, a native of East Texas, has deep roots in the region, where he spent his formative years exploring the lakes and Piney Woods. In 1991, he relocated to the Dallas-Fort Worth area to attend the University of Texas at Arlington, where he also began his journey with his lifelong partner, Stacey Riggle, now known as Stacey Reynolds. They celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary in 2014. After nearly two decades in corporate sales and medical device consulting, Billy transitioned to entrepreneurship, co-founding both a real estate franchise and an investment company alongside Stacey and his business partner. Their focus is on providing exceptional, concierge-level service to their clients.

While studying at UT Arlington, Billy developed a keen interest in the intersection of medicine and technology, prompting a shift from his initial engineering aspirations to a career in the medical field. He became a Certified Surgical Technologist First Assistant and an NCT Radiology Technician, gaining experience in both hospital settings and private practice. His growing expertise caught the attention of medical sales firms, leading him to seek training with Lanier Worldwide, a company renowned for its sales development programs. There, he quickly distinguished himself as a top-performing sales representative and was promoted to the youngest District Sales Manager in the company's history. This role allowed him to mentor emerging sales professionals, igniting his passion for coaching and consulting—a theme that would shape his future endeavors.

In the early 2000s, after being recruited by a leading medical sales firm, Billy merged his medical knowledge with his enthusiasm for teaching to become a high-end medical device consultant. This role enabled him to collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare teams, introducing minimally invasive technologies that significantly enhanced patient outcomes. He dedicated nearly two decades to this path until a pivotal moment in 2006 changed his perspective. The birth of their first son, followed by a second child three years later, prompted Billy and Stacey to reflect on the legacy they wished to create and how they could make a meaningful impact on others.

Together, they explored avenues to leverage Stacey's real estate expertise and Billy's background in consulting and sales. They consistently returned to real estate as the foundation for their vision. Over the past few years, they have expanded their knowledge through advanced certifications and licenses, launching two real estate ventures. The first, Maverick Legacy, focuses on investment strategies and financial independence, with Billy serving as the managing partner. The second, the Reynolds Home Team, is dedicated to education and consulting, empowering clients to pursue their American dream.
