Xenia, a Miami native with Cuban and Nicaraguan heritage, was raised by her paternal grandparents. In December 2017, she made the move to Spring Hill, Florida. Prior to her career in real estate, Xenia dedicated nearly two years to Healthy Families Pasco-Hernando, a non-profit organization under Pasco Kids First, which focuses on child abuse prevention. As a certified family support worker and Family Assessment worker based in Brooksville, she developed valuable skills in client relations and support.
