Born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan, this real estate professional comes from a traditional and nurturing family that instilled the values of hard work and perseverance. At the age of 15, she began her career as a receptionist, setting the foundation for her future endeavors. Her journey in the United States commenced in 2003 when she relocated to Lakeland as an international student, where she pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business at the University of South Florida.

Upon her arrival in Lakeland, she immersed herself in the family restaurant business, gaining valuable experience in the service and hospitality sector. This was followed by a role as an inside sales representative for Southern Wine and Spirits. However, it was her tenure as an event planner at Publix Supermarkets that truly refined her understanding of exceptional customer service—an ethos she now embodies in her real estate career.

In Lakeland, she met her husband, Braxton Wiggs, an attorney and partner at the locally-owned Pansler Law Firm, and their connection was immediate. Together, they are raising two wonderful children, and she cherishes the support and love of the Wiggs family. She holds deep admiration for her father-in-law, Howard Wiggs, who dedicated sixteen years to serving as a city commissioner and currently serves as the Mayor of Lakeland. Family remains a cornerstone of her life, guiding her values and priorities.
