Yosef “Yossi” Razon brings four decades of extensive experience to the real estate sector. As a Certified International Property Specialist and holder of a Transnational Referral Certification, Yossi has cultivated a robust international network through his work across Europe, South America, and Israel. In 2007, Yossi relocated from Great Neck, New York, to Florida, where he became a licensed Broker Associate. His notable achievements include serving as Managing Partner for the acquisition, redevelopment, leasing, and sale of a 24,000-square-foot property on the Upper East Side, as well as overseeing the development of a 20-story commercial office building at the intersection of West 42nd Street and Avenue of the Americas, which was sold for $46.5 million as part of an assembly for the Bank of America Tower. Additionally, he represented the owners of the 1,000-room Congress Plaza Hotel in Chicago during its sale and was involved in acquiring commercial and industrial properties in Connecticut. Yossi also collaborated with developers on a luxury hotel project overlooking the Sea of Galilee and participated in a public-private partnership for an Entertainment City with the governments of Israel and Jordan.
