Born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, this real estate professional relocated to the United States in 2010 after earning a law degree from the University of São Paulo in 2009. Upon arriving in the U.S., he enlisted in the Army, serving for eight years as a Multichannel Transmission Systems Operator.

In addition to his military service, he pursued further education, obtaining a second bachelor's degree with dual majors in Supply Chain Management and Information Technology from Shippensburg University, graduating in the spring of 2017.
