Yuliya “Julie” Sidorevskaya arrived in Miami Beach at the age of nine, following her family’s migration from Belarus in 1992. They settled in North Bay Village, a bayside community that would later serve as the foundation for her thriving real estate career. Embracing the diverse culture of Miami, Julie quickly mastered both English and Spanish, embodying the spirit of the American dream.

From a young age, Julie demonstrated a keen interest in real estate. As a teenager, she assisted her aunt, a real estate agent, by imparting essential computer skills needed to navigate Miami’s dynamic housing market. While balancing her commitments as a varsity cheerleader and a member of the badminton team in high school, Julie continued to support her aunt’s business, which solidified her passion for real estate. This enthusiasm led her to obtain her real estate license shortly after graduating high school in 2001. By 2004, she had acquired enough experience to earn her broker’s license, and soon after, she launched Julie’s Realty.

Under Julie’s leadership, her firm has evolved into a significant entity in the South Florida real estate market.
