About Zachary Biermann

Zach Biermann, a fourth-generation rancher from Comfort, Texas, has deep roots in the ranching community of the Texas Hill Country. His family's ranching legacy dates back to 1867, when his great-great-grandfather settled in Comfort, where the Lindner Feed Milling Company now stands. Similarly, his maternal great-great-grandfather established a ranch near Sisterdale, Texas, where his cousins continue to operate today.

In 1910, Zach's great-grandfather, Carl W. Biermann, acquired land just outside Comfort, which has remained in the Biermann family for over a century. Currently, Zach and his wife, Sarah, manage this land, raising Registered Hereford cattle and conducting premier Axis and whitetail deer hunts. His education at Schreiner University in Kerrville, Texas, further fueled his passion for the Hill Country and its diverse properties. After earning a BBA in Marketing in December 2012, he launched two businesses focused on guided deer hunts and cattle operations on the family ranch.

Zach continued his academic journey by obtaining an MBA in Ethical Leadership in May 2015 from Schreiner University. As the proprietor of Biermann Ranch LLC and Biermann Ranch Cattle Company LLC, he specializes in deer and game management, as well as registered cattle ranching.
