Zoritha is a seasoned CEO and Broker with over three decades of experience in the real estate sector. Her expertise encompasses working with sellers, buyers, and investors, making her a versatile asset in the industry. Since launching her real estate career in 1990, Zoritha has established herself as a prominent figure, currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Sacramento Realtist Association and fulfilling the role of Sergeant-at-Arms for the California Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB).

Recognized for her exceptional performance, Zoritha is an Outstanding Life Member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors’ Master Club, which honors the top 15% of real estate professionals in Sacramento County. As a Certified HUD Counselor, she possesses a deep understanding of loss mitigation strategies, such as modifications and short sales.
