Custom Home Builder Utilizing Dr. Bill Realtor Lists
Our company builds custom homes in the western suburbs of Chicago. We've incorporated Dr. Bill's Illinois Realtor list in our email and video email marketing campaigns since 2022. We find the lists to be appropriately accurate for our needs.
We added the Zap marketing system to our toolbox in 2026. After our initial learning curve on the features, functions and the practical ways to use it, we have found Zap to be very helpful in reaching a large number of contacts consistently on a pre-defined schedule.
Overall, our investments in Dr. Bill products have proven to be a solid value given the results they help produce. We intend to continue our email and video email campaigns using Dr. Bill's lists on an ongoing basis.

We purchase real estate contact lists from time to time, and this is the only bulk list provider I'm interested in using. The data quality has consistently been very high, with only a small and entirely acceptable percentage of unreachable email addresses.
