Spring 2023 Update
I am pleased to announce my Spring 2023 real estate agent list update: FULL updates on 36 of my most popular states comprising 93% of my database including 335,527 NEW email addresses (16%).
This is in addition to my Spring 2022 and Fall 2022 updates. ALL email addresses have recently been verified through a reputable email validation service
and bad emails, including spam traps, have been removed.
Additionally, as I announced recently in an email, I now include production data for about 20% of the agents (as you are probably aware, most agents do not sell a property in a given year). This includes the number and total listing price of current listings as well as the number and total sales volume of all properties sold in the last 2 years.
To update your list, if you have previously purchased one of these states, simply log in to your account and redownload the same list you purchased. If you recently purchased the list, the update is free and the new download will be the updated list. If you purchased over a year ago, then you should see a link for a 70% discount to purchase the update.
