I am pleased to announce my Winter 2025 real estate agent list update so far: FULL updates to 33 states comprising 88% of my database including 262,696 NEW email addresses (13.7%). This page will he updated frequently over the next several weeks until the update is complete. This is in addition to my Spring 2024, Spring and Fall 2023 and Spring and Fall 2022 updates. ALL email addresses have recently been verified through a reputable email validation service and bad emails, including spam traps, have been removed.

To update your list, if you have previously purchased one of these states, simply log in to your account and redownload the same list you purchased. If you recently purchased the list, the update is free and the new download will be the updated list. If you purchased over a year ago, then you should see a link for a discount to purchase the update. (The discount amount depends on how long its been since your last purchase.)
